POS Coordinator Micro Finance – Namlea

*)Tugas & Tanggungjawab :
-Mendukung pembukaan POS di daerah.
-Mendukung perekrutan dan pelatihan (training) karyawan baru.
-Mengkoordinasikan dan mengusulkan pendidikan dan sosialisasi kepada customer/debitur.
-Melakukan pendekatan dan membuat hubungan yang baik dengan pemerintah kabupaten pedesaan dan kecamatan.

-Memastikan semua prosedur dihormati dan diikuti dengan sesuai.
-Menilai efisiensi dan mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja untuk pelaporan.
-Mengkoordinasi kolaborasi dengan departemen lain.
-Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan pelatihan dan mengawasi pelaksanaannya.
-Mempersiapkan dan menindaklanjuti untuk semua perekrutan yang diperlukan.
-Mempersiapkan anggaran bulanan dan tahunan dari daerah
-Memotivasi dan memberikan perspektif untuk tim.
-Mengatur dan mengawasi evaluasi akhir tahun untuk semua staf POS.
-Memberikan laporan kepada Manager Area untuk semua hal yang berkaitan dengan operasional.
-Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang dibutuhkan oleh manajer GLF Indonesia.

CONTROL / BUSINESS ANALYST

Internal Control / Business Analyst is a function that provides a way for monitoring and measuring an organization’s business, resources, policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily support and maintenance by ensuring availability and reliability of the GLFI applications.

Operation Deputy Manager Motor

Key Responsibilities :

 

Support and Assist Operation Manager Task such as:

  • Establish operational processes/process improvement
  • Help manage the information system strategy implementation, budgets and timelines
  • Ensure all Area of Automotive Business are fully informed of operational objectives
  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
  • Monitor department performance against performance goals
